Hunter home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Hunter rose by $36,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 25.9% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hunter in the third quarter of 2019.
