On Sept. 7, Kenneth W. Ward and Irma Bettina Gonzalez sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 2780 S.E. Second Court, Pompano Beach to Salt Haven I LLC for $730,000.

So far in September 2021, 80 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kenneth Ward (66) has been registered to vote since 1997.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
