The property at 2670 Benninghofen Ave., Hamilton was sold on Sept. 8 by Bridge Investments LLC for $110,000. The buyer was Rafiq Fazal Bidiwala.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nancy Sue Brackney, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 2670 Benninghofen Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
