This home last sold on April 21, 2016 for $100,000.

So far in September 2021, 22 properties sold in Dania Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Todd Lorin Vickstrom has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 207 S.W. 11th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Todd Lorin Vickstrom, 58, and Ashley Lorena Arriaga, 30.
