On Oct. 5, Patrick and Karin Kerney purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2757 N.E. 17th St., Fort Lauderdale from Rita G. Loewe (revocable trust) for $1,700,000.

So far in October 2021, 110 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rita G. Loewe (75) has been registered to vote since 1980.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
