The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4430 N.E. 29th Ave., Lighthouse Point was sold on Oct. 5 by Marlene and Randy A. Zucker, Randy A. Press and Gerald A. Zucker (revocable trust) for $1,320,000. The buyers were Paul J. Donnellan Sr. and Mary Dolores Donnellan.

So far in October 2021, seven properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marlene Zucker has been registered to vote since 1980. Gerald a Zucker has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
