The last time this home sold was Sept. 15, 2010. It last sold for $99,750.

So far in October 2021, 145 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1509 N. 17th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael John Stover, 67, and Elizabeth-Jane Tuson, 58.
