On Oct. 13, Jwo Real Estate Investment I LLC purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4996 S.W. 95th Ave., Cooper City from Jacob and Elizabeth Messler for $385,000.

So far in October 2021, 27 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Elizabeth R. Messler has been registered to vote since 1987. Jacob Messler has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 4996 S.W. 95th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth R. Messler, 66, Jacob Messler, 63, Adam Jacob Messler, 31, Lenore Leat Messler, 33, and Jordan Lee Messler, 23.
