On Oct. 14, Siev Inc. sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 501 S.W. 20th St., Fort Lauderdale to Paul Shalhoub for $300,000.

So far in October 2021, 290 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Paul Joseph Shalhoub has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 501 S.W. 20th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Paul Joseph Shalhoub, 57, and Andrew Michael Gillis, 39.
