The last time this home sold was Dec. 31, 2018. It last sold for $198,000.

So far in October 2021, 336 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1431 S.W. 29th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samuel Alexander Nelson, 33, Katrina Malin Nelson, 30, and Tyler James Nelson, 31.
