On Oct. 26, Robert Wayne and Gayle Juanita Young sold their property at 14740 Luray Road, Southwest Ranches to Jonathan Semyon Carcasses for $835,000.

So far in October 2021, 15 properties sold in Southwest Ranches.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Robert W. Young has been registered to vote since 1988. Gayle J. Young has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 14740 Luray Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Valery Gayle Young, 27, Robert W. Young, 63, and Gayle J. Young, 65.
