Goff is the founder of HALOTEQ LLC, a cloud computing and managed IT services provider based in Sparks. He is also the founder and managing partner of Peachwood Partners, an independent investment and management consultation firm in Baltimore. Prior to this, he served as chief technology officer for T. Rowe Price Group, president of T. Rowe Price Investment Technologies, consulting manager with Ernst & Young and systems engineer with Employers Reinsurance Corporation, a division of GE Capital.
