Michael A. Gross and Jennifer A. Gross bought a condo at 4555 Henry Hudson Pkwy W. in Riverdale/North Riverdale/Fieldston from Karen Dillon and Stephen Pite for $600,000 on June 30.

The condo was built in 1953.

Mr. Pite is an academic director for graphic design and interactive media at the Art Institute of New York. He is also the owner of Red Cow Productions in New York City.

He received his M.A. from Columbia University and his Ph.D. from University of Kansas.
