School technology coordinator buys Windsor Terrace 3BD

Medium 8a8c1f032b43429e31245b322c0ed174 Erik Nauman and Laurel George bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 235 Windsor Place in Windsor Terrace from Christopher M. Wall and the estate of Kathleen A. Wall for $925,000 on May 26.

The 2,678-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1920.

Nauman is the middle school technology coordinator at The Hewitt School, where he also teaches technology classes for the fourth through eighth grades.

Previously, he was a first-grade teacher and computer teacher at Trevor Day School and a technology instructor in Trevor Day's computer workshops for teachers. Earlier, he was an elementary teacher in Connecticut and in Houston.

He received his B.A. in education and human development in elementary education from George Washington University in 1991. He completed post-graduate classes in Web design at the New School and in education at the Bank Street College of Education and St. Thomas University in Texas.

There were 104 home sales in Windsor Terrace in 2008, with a median sales price of $417,000.
