Kimberlee Auletta and Eric Landau bought a home at 107 Rutland Road in Prospect-Lefferts Garden/Wingate from Deborah A. Perkins and Timothy J. Sutherland for $1.05 million on June 15.

Perkins and Sutherland acquired the property for $940,000 in April 2006.The 2,040-square-foot house was built in 1930.

Auletta has served as an executive vice president at R.C. Auletta and Company, a public relations firm. She has also been a producer at Simon and Schuster.

She attended Haverford College, Trinity School and the Fleming School.

There were 81 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median price of $358,850.
