Law firm associate buys Flatbush home for $1.1M

Medium f57b09684068c15b20ed51302fb5d4d1 Juno Turner and Peter R. Wohlsen bought a home at 328 Marlborough Road in Brooklyn-Flatbush from Martin G. Karoptin and Karen Karoptin for $1.1 million on March 5.

The 2,996-square-foot home, built in 1920, is in Flatbush.

Turner is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she is a member of the family responsibilities and disability discrimination and LGBT workplace rights practice groups. Previously, she was a law clerk in the Eastern District of New York.

She holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School.

Wohlsen is a receiving coordinator/yougurt buyer at Park Slope Food Coop.

He attended Cooper Union and New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 131 home sales in Brooklyn-Flatbush during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
