Comm. co. exec buys 3BD home in Brooklyn Heights for $1.27M

Medium 8f9fe4809aea3c65bbac9c9604dfea61 Mark Katz and Jennifer S. Zaslow bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 110 Livingston St. in Brooklyn Heights from Stephen Schlosser and Lorilynn Schlosser for $1.27 million on March 12.

The condo, Unit 11G, is part of the 110 Livingston condominium development, built in 1926.

Katz is the owner and principal of The Soundbite Institute, an organization that specializes in the use of humor in speeches. Previously, he was a copywriter at McCann Erickson.

He attended Cornell University.

Zaslow is the director of development at the New York City Opera. Previously, she held the same position at the Manhattan Theater Club.

She is a graudate of Wesleyan University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 114 condo sales in Brooklyn Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $514,000.
