Jeven M. Dew and Julie H. Dew bought a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 20 Pierrepont St. in Brooklyn Heights from Wilfrid Zogbaum and Jessica Peaslee for $600,000 on June 30.

The six-story condominium building, which was built in 1934, includes 24 units.

Mr. Dew is a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He previously was a consultant at CGI Group Inc., an information technology and business process services company.

He received his B.S. in science, technology and international affairs from Georgetown University in 1999 and his M.B.A. in finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2007.

Ms. Dew is a marketing manager at American Express Co., a global payments and travel company.

Prior to that, she was a senior marketing manager at IntraLinks.

She graduated from Georgetown University in 1999 and her M.S. in strategic communications from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2008.

There were 146 condo sales in Brooklyn Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $463,500.
