Daria Valenzano and Jeffrey Valenzano bought Unit #6M at 61 Oliver St. in Bay Ridge from Helen Mahoney for $340,000 on May 7.

The six-story condominium was built in 1954 and includes 127 units.

Ms. Valenzano is a merchandising manager at Architectural Digest, a monthly publication that focuses on interior design.

Prior to that, she was an associate marketing manager at Reader's Digest for two years.

There were 174 condo sales in Bay Ridge in 2008, with a median sales price of $251,500.
