Eugene Kagansky and Irina Kagansky bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 30 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace from Audrey Romeo for $450,000 on July 8.

Unit #70 is part of the 30 Ocean Parkway condominium development, which was built in 1936 and has 70 units on six floors.

Mr. Kagansky is a vice president at JP Morgan Guaranty Trust. Prior to joining JP Morgan, he was a test engineer at Tescom.

He graduated from Technion-Machon Technologi Le' Israel.

Sales at 30 Ocean Pkwy were down 57.1 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price also fell 44.1 percent during that same time period.

There were 59 condo sales in Windsor Terrace in 2008, with a median sales price of $340,000.
