The condo was built in 1953.

Mr. Krug serves as director of interactive marketing at Astralwerks Records. He served as director of new media at ICON Music and Artemis Records. He also served as project manager/director of business development at Universal Buzz. He worked as director of radio promotions at AAM Promotions.

He received his B.F.A. degree from Alfred University.
