Oldfield is a manager of financial planning and analysis at Kraft Foods, a food and beverage company headquartered in Northfield. He previously served as the company’s customer finance manager of Wal-Mart. Prior to joining Kraft Foods, he was a manager of financial planning and analysis in the operations division at Hill-Rom Co., Inc. and a financial operations manager, senior financial analyst, audit manager and auditor with the NCR Corp.

He attended Indiana University–Bloomington.
