Lauren Silich bought a 2.5-bath home at 7255 W. Greenleaf Ave. in Edison Park from Brian and Kathleen Tierney for $402,500 on June 29.

The Tierneys bought the property for $445,000 in Dec. 2005. The 1,536-square-foot house was built in 1926.

Ms. Silich is director of client strategy and solutions at Imagination Publishing in Chicago. She has held that position since 2001. Prior to working for Imagination Publishing, she was a reporter for the Monroe Times.

She is 2000 graduate of Marquette University.

There were 90 home sales in Edison Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $277,000.
