Designer settles in Wheaton 3BD

Medium bd33b7584e3d73f05f4464e436a565b3 Elizabeth and Nathan Troia bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 633 Queenswood Lane in Wheaton from David and Julianne Muisenga for $355,000 on July 30.

The 2,200-square-foot house, which was built in 1984, is in the Wheaton Southeast neighborhood.

Mr. Troja had worked as a senior designer at Daniel Weinbach & Partners Ltd., as a project manager with the e group and the Planning Center and as a designer at Design Collaborations.

He earned a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Mr. Muisenga is the business development senior manager at TouchSensor Technologies, which specializes in the research, development and manufacturing of human and machine interface solutions.

He earned his finance degree from Marquette University and his M.B.A. in entrepreneurial science, strategic management and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 466 sales in Wheaton in 2008, with a median price of $295,000.
