David and Cathy Husman sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1617 Far Hills Dr. in Bartlett to Jill T. Stetler and James V. Vik for $450,000 on July 15.

The 2,598-square-foot house in the Far Hills subdivision was built in 1992.

Mr. Husman is a founder and chairman at Equibase Capital Group, a real estate investment firm that provides private equity and debt capital. He previously served as vice chairman and general counsel at Affiliated Bank Group Inc.

He received his J.D. from DePaul University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 353 home sales in Bartlett in 2008, with a median price of $255,000.
