JPMorgan Chase Bank foreclosed on the property in Feb. 2009. The 2,050-square-foot house was built in 2008.

Regas is a partner at Regas, Frezados & Dallas LLP, where he practices real estate and probate law.

He earned his B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. from John Marshall law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 727 home sales in Logan Square in 2008, with a median sales price of $240,000.
