Gary H. Lukovich and Susan Lukovich bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 280 Honey Lake Court in North Barrington from Peter M. Consolo and Julie T. Consolo for $750,000 on June 10.

The Consolos acquired the house for $180,500 in Feb. 2003. The 4,153-square-foot house in the Grassmere Farm subdivision was built in 2006.

Mr. Lukovich is vice president with State Farm Insurance. He is also a member of the Young Executives Club.

There were 34 sales in North Barrington in 2008, with a median sales price of $750,000.
