Jason Bradley Few and Arvia M. Few sold a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 1911 W. Salisbury Lane in Lake Forest to Lora and Carl B. DeMasi for $1.325 million on June 8.

The Fews paid $1.5 miilion for the property in Jan. 2004. The 4,335-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the Conway Farm subdivision.

Mr. Few is president of Reliant Energy, an electric services provider in Houston. He is also the senior vice president of Retail NRG.

Prior to joining Reliant Energy, he was the corporate vice president and general manager of companion products at Motorola. Earlier, he held an executive role at SBC Communications.

He received his bachelor's degree in computer systems from Ohio University and his M.B.A from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

There were 171 home sales in Lake Forest in 2008, with a median sales price of $860,000.
