Elina and Paul Kurapey sold a three-bath home at 219 W. Arden Lane in Round Lake to Sitou and Deniese Mensah for $295,000 on June 8.

The Kurapey's paid $409,480 for the property in July 2005. The 3,632-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Lakewood Grove subdivision.

Ms. Kurapey works as a senior programmer analyst at Washington Mutual.

Mr. Kurapey has worked at Snap-on Tools Incorporated, a manufacturer of hand tools.

There were 314 home sales in Round Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $181,000.
