The 3,834-square-foot home was built in 1996.

Mr. Rosiak is the global director of IT infrastructure finance at UBS. Prior to UBS, he worked with ABN Amro Services Co., T-Mobile, Topco Associates and US Bank.

He attended Purdue University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 18 sales in Unincorporated Winfield in 2008, with a median price of $395,000.
