Lale and Timothy Laubach sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 122 Glen Ellyn Road in Bloomingdale to Jill S. Rogers-Turek for $293,900 on July 13.

The Laubachs paid $435,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 2,645-square-foot home in the Suncrest Highlands subdivision was built in 1977.

Ms. Laubach is a qualified mental retardation professional who has worked at Mountain Shadows Community Homes in San Marcos, Calif.

She attended Penn State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 245 sales in Bloomingdale in 2008, with a median price of $223,950.
