Jack Drozda bought a 2.5-bath home at 16700 Pasture Drive in Lemont from Hong North Star Trust, Co. for $530,000 on July 6.

The 2,995-square-foot house was built in 2005 in West Lemont Centennial Park.

Mr. Drozda has been a senior analyst at DuPage Medical Group, one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty groups.

There were 133 home sales in Lemont in 2008, with a median sales price of $365,250.
