The Chans paid $250,000 for the property in Aug. 2002. Unit #3A is 1,370-square-foot in size.

Mr. Marwaha has served as the president of TVS RX Inc., a pharmaceutical company based in Chicago.

He is a 1974 graduate of Banaras Hindu University, where he earned his bachelors in pharmacy.

Ms. Marwaha has served as marketing manager at Goodluck Group, a Deer Park-based provider of authentic Indian products.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 89 sales in University Village/Little Italy in 2008, with a median price of $308,750.
