The 3,102-square-foot Unit #66E is part of the Trump International Hotel & Tower condo development, which was built in 2008 with 339 units on 96 floors. It was listed on the market for as much as $2.05 million by Mr. Rafaeli.

Mr. Rafaeli is a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker's Gold Cost office. He began his career as a residential sales associate in New York City.

There were 579 condo sales in Near North in 2008, with a median sales price of $468,000.
