The Reinerts paid $775,000 for the property in Aug. 2001. Coldwell Banker's Karen Peterson listed the sale for $3.145 million.
Lochhead, 48, is a former emergency room physician and the ex-wife of H. Fisk Johnson, CEO of Racine, Wisc.-based consumer products giant S.C. Johnson, which makes Ziploc bags, Saran Wrap, Edge shaving gel, OFF insect repellent and household cleaners like Pledge, Windex, Shout and Fantastik.
According to Forbes.com, Johnson is worth an estimated $1.5 billion.
Mr. Reinert, 41, used to be a senior vice president at commercial real estate manager U.S. Equities in Chicago, where his clients included Citadel Investment Group, Timberland and Giorgio Armani. He also worekd as the VP of corporate real estate services at Rauch & Co.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.
