He also serves as Treasurer for the Chicago Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Organization and is member of the curriculum advisory council at Northern Illinois University.

He has worked as the lead tax partner in a real estate group in the Chicago office of a national CPA firm.

Mr. Max obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University and his Masters of Science in taxation from DePaul University.

Dr. Sagerman is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand and works at Hand Surgery Associates. He is also an instructor of clinical orthopedic surgery at Northwestern University Medical School.

He received his degree in medical education and his medical degree from Northwestern University. He completed his internship and residency at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals.
