Leonard and Judy Januzik have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1255 Prestwick Lane in Itasca for $474,900.

The Januziks paid $482,500 for the property in June 2006. The 2,855-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in the neighborhood of Spring Brook. Melanie Broderick of Consumers Choice Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Januzik serves as US power delivery manager at AMEC PLC. Prior to joining AMEC, he was director of engineering and operations at Mid-America Interconnected Network and worked as a staff engineer at Commonwealth Edison.

He received a degree in power systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

There were seven sales in Itasca in 2008, with a median sales price of $95,000.
