The Fredericksons paid $400,000 for the property in Nov. 2006. The 1,056-square-foot home was built in 1957 in the Heritage Woods neighborhood. Gail Niermeyer of Coldwell Banker is the agent for the listing.

The Fredericksons are the owners of Frederickson Builders, a residential home builder based in Naperville. Mr. Frederickson founded the company more than 25 years ago.

Mrs. Frederickson also serves as office manager and interior designer with the company.

There were 305 sales in Naperville in 2008, with a median price of $320,000.
