Physicians get Clarendon Hills 5BD for $1.26M

Medium 3beeabe535f46cdde7aa61946d069bad Dr. Mehul P. Sekhadia and Dr. Lipi Sekhadia bought a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 69 Rose Place in Clarendon Hills from Chicago Tribune Co. for $1.26 million on Jan. 20.

The home was transferred to the bank in October 2005. The 1,554-square-foot house, which was built in 1955, is in Clarendon Hills North. It is located in the Hinsdale G.C./Northeast Clarendon Hills subdivision.

Dr. Mehul Sekhadia is an anesthesiologist. He has been the medical director at Lutheran General Hospital in its Interventional Pain Medicine Center. He has also been an assistant professor of anesthesiology and pain management at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

He received a medical degree from Midwestern University.

Dr. Lipi Sekhadia practices internal medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is part of the group practice at Midwest Hospitalists, LLC.

She received her medical degree from Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College in India. She completed a residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center Internal Medicine.
