Rob at Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru was very informative and understanding.  He was very helpful trying to get rates to a reasonable amount. They gave my family and I some space when we needed to discuss financing which was also greatly appreciated.  Overall an excellent experience and I plan to use Napleton's Subaru in the future.
