In just a couple of weeks Shane at Midwest Fit Club has helped me change my perception of fitness and especially what I am capable of. As a woman 50 plus years old, I really believed I had limits as to what I could do, not anymore. In this short time I have gained strength, flexibility and stamina. I have also actually lost inches! That’s better than pounds to me. I look forward to my workouts now because I am seeing results in my body and mind. I have truly never felt better!
