I have been a member of Ladies Workout Express sine last summer and have been part of more than a few classes. My favorite class is aerobics because I like using weights to help tone. The entire staff is very friendly and nice. Whenever I have a question, they are helpful in giving tips on the most efficient way to do certain workouts. I always recommend the circuit because you can get a full body workout in just 30 minutes. I was in a contest over the winter and they were very encouraging in helping me stay the course, which is one of the reasons I did so well.
