I thoroughly enjoy working out at Ladies Workout Express. It is very relaxing and a great environment for all women to get a work out in. The personal trainers are always willing to help and they give great advice. I feel like a different person ever since joining six months ago, both physically and mentally. I have recommended my sisters and they both love it as well. I am so happy I decided to join Ladies Workout Express, I've never felt better.
