Barbara Chan is the agent for the listing. The Bhatts paid $520,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 3,898-square-foot home was built in 1999.

Dr. Bhatt is an interventional cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic, where he was an associate professor of medicine. He also is the associate director of the Cleveland Clinic’s cardiovascular coordinating center.

He is a program chair of ArcMesa Educators, LLC, a Plainsboro, N.J.-based provider of continuing education programs for the professional medical community.

He has been the director of the interventional cardiology fellowship, as well as an associate director of the cardiovascular medicine fellowship. He has been a visiting lecturer at a number of institutions, both locally and internationally, and has been interviewed by news agencies such as CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC, The New York Times, National Public Radio and The Wall Street Journal.

He attended Boston Latin School and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. He studied medicine at Cornell University and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He finished his cardiovascular training at the Cleveland Clinic, where he also completed his fellowships in interventional cardiology and cerebral and peripheral vascular intervention.
