Former NFL offensive lineman sells Westlake 4BD

Medium d6e136fb8a40bd1219c2ad32f4f30e89 David Yovanovits sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 30800 Bel Aire Circle in Westlake to Debbie S. Matheos and James P. Matheos for $370,000 on Aug. 13.

Yovanovits paid $422,000 for the property in Jan. 2006. The 3,292-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Bel Aire Estates subdivision in the neighborhood of Westlake West.

Yovanovits is a former offensive lineman in the National Football league, most recently having played for the New Orleans Saints.

He previously played for the New York Jets, the Cleveland Browns, and the Detroit Lions. He was drafted by the Jets in 2003.

He attended Temple University.

Ms. Matheos is an account manager at McCullough Creative, a design agency that produces print and interactive media design and advertising.

There were 396 home sales in Westlake in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
