Fai works as a program manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions Inc., a global IT services and business process outsourcing solutions provider. Prior to that, he was a product manager of GlobalView USA at ADP. He also worked as a project lead at Janus Capital Group.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering at Colorado School of Mines.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,678 home sales in Thornton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $176,000.
