Project manager settles in 3BD Westminster condo

Medium 2cbd51d94ab9676c7fed1c6bad724273 Lynda Dran Caulk bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 3327 W. 114th Circle in Westminster from Gerda Pichler for $195,000 on Dec. 19.

The 1,423-square-foot unit is part of the Brittany Terrace condo development, which was built in 1991.

Caulk works as a program manager at Geodis Wilson, a global freight forwarder. Previously, she was the field services manager and client project manager at Computer Task Group. She was also the director of Cap Gemini America.

She holds a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from Metropolitan State College-Denver and a B.A. in educational psychology from Antioch University. She earned her M.B.A. in management and finance at the University of Colorado-Denver.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 215 condo sales in Westminster during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $101,850.
