Adam S. Bold and Sharon K. Bold bought a two-bedroom, four bath at 10 Via Modena Court in Henderson from Castle Development Group, LLC for $1.575 million on Jan. 27, 2006.

The 3,856 square foot house was built in 2006.

Mr. Bold is the chief investment officer of The Mutual Fund Store, an investment advisory firm in Overland Park, Kan., that he started in 1996. He is a certified mutual fund counselor and a certified fund specialist.

The former stockbroker hosts "The Mutual Fund Show,", a syndicated radio call-in show, and "Your Investments with Adam Bold," which airs on Kansas City Public Television. He has also appeared on CNBC and numerous other financial programs. In 2006, he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Home sales in Henderson dropped almost 27 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $350,000 to $325,000.
