Delpech is a world-famous flair bartender at the Carnaval Court bar at Harrah's. He has over 15 first-place world championship titles and more than 50 first places in his flair bartender competitions.
The native of Argentina got his start in bartending in Spain after moving there in 1988. He first lived in the Canary Islands then moved to Ibiza. He also worked at the T.G.I. Friday's in Cancun, Mexico, and it was there where he received an invitation to compete in the Legends of Bartending World Bartending Championships in Las Vegas.
On his return to Vegas, he was hired by Shadow Bar in Caesar's Palace. He moved to Carnaval Court after his second Legends win.
