Tedd B. Rosenstein sold a five-bedroom, three bath at 8632 Castle Hill Ave. in Las Vegas to Keith and Gwendolyn Cole for $705,000 on Jan. 25, 2006.

Mr. Rosenstein paid $292,850 for the property in July 1997. The 4,640 square foot house, which is located in the El Capitan Ranch subdivision, was built the same year.

Rosenstein, a real estate professional, is the president and sole principal stockholder of Nevada Development and Realty Co. headquartered in Las Vegas. His professional specializations include brokering, tenant representation, leasing, property acquisition and management and accounting services.

He has been in the commercial real estate business since 1990 upon joining Nevada Development and Realty Co. as vice president.

He holds a B.A. degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles. In 1989, he received his M.S. in management from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. He attended Clark High School in Las Vegas.

Home sales in Las Vegas dropped almost 29 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $280,000 to $270,000.
